Privacy Policy

Online Privacy Solutions (the “Company”, “OPS”, “we”, “our” or “us”) respects the privacy concerns of those who use our product(s) and/or service(s) (Collectively, “Service” or “Services”), our website(s) and any World Wide Web site owned, operated, licensed or controlled by us (Collectively, “Website”). The Company thus provides this Privacy Policy to explain what information is gathered during a visit to the Website, through the purchase of our Services and through the use of our Services, and how such information may be used.

Please also review our Terms of Website Use and of Service posted on the Website which also govern the use of this Website.

Collection and Use of Information: We may collect two different types of information, Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) and Non-Personally Identifiable Information (“Non-PII”).  PII is information that identifies you as an individual – for example, your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, credit card information, billing address and shipping information.  Non-PII is aggregated information, demographic information, IP addresses, device operating system, browser and other technical facts, pages visited and content viewed, stored and purchased, user behavior data from web interaction metrics tools and other information that does not reveal your specific identity.  PII and Non-PII may be collected anytime you access or use our Website.  PII and Non-PII may also be collected during in-person discussions, telephone conversations, and electronic or other written communications.  PII and Non-PII may be collected during your purchase of our Services and during the use of our Services.  Some of our Services provide data and document storage; if you choose to store documents or data through our Services, we may access such documents or data from time-to-time and use any PII and Non-PII contained therein pursuant to this Privacy Policy.  We also collect information via cookies, discussed further below; blocking cookies may render you unable to access certain products, services, or websites.

We use PII and Non-PII to respond to your inquiries, provide you with Services you have requested, keep you informed of products or services we think may be of interest to you, to otherwise personalize your experience with us, and for other reasons.  We may share PII and Non-PII with our affiliates and third parties contracting with us to provide services to you, e.g., financial institutions and payment processors.  We may share PII and Non-PII for the purpose of marketing products and services which we determine, in our sole judgment, you might find of interest. We reserve the right to share, rent, sell, or otherwise disclose PII and Non-PII we collect to third parties.  Any third party we share, rent, sell, or otherwise disclose data to will be prescreened by us, determined by us to be reputable, and will use the personal data for marketing products and services which we determine, in our sole judgment, that you might find of interest.  We may also share PII and Non-PII when required by law, or when you have expressly requested for us to do so. We reserve the right to disclose and use your PII and Non-PII if we believe, in our sole judgment, that it is necessary to: (a) respond to legal process, e.g., a subpoena; (b) respond to a law enforcement agency’s request; (c) enforce the Terms; or (d) protect or enforce our rights, privacy, safety, property, or operations or those of third parties.

Because Non-PII does not personally identify you, we reserve the right to use and disclose Non-PII to third parties for any purpose.

Communication:  You authorize us and/or our affiliates, agents and assigns to record all telephone conversations that you may have with us.  For each telephone number that you provide, you consent and authorize us and/or our affiliates, agents and assigns to send text/SMS messages to that number, place telephone calls to that number using pre-recorded or artificial voice messages, and to place telephone calls to that number using an automatic telephone dialing system.  For each e-mail address that you provide, you authorize us and/or our affiliates, agents or assigns to send e-mails to you at that email address.  You agree and authorize follow-up contact via e-mail, mail, newsletters, as well as telephone calls from us, our marketing partners and/or third-parties for the purpose of solicitation related to our Services or any other product or service that we think may be of interest to you.  You may always opt-out of receiving future mailings as provided below.
